Our company is ready to provide clients professional guidance and help regarding registry administration. Thank to years of experience in this area we offer most appropriate solutions in registry, taking and delivering, securing, locating and shredding of registry records.

Shredding services

On a yearly basis we perform decommissioning and shredding of client documents without “A“ sign with expired storage period including representation client in dealing with the Ministry of the Interior. Besides that we continuously shred documents that are not subject to approval of Ministry of the Interior. This is done according to standard DIN 32757, confidential liquidation with classification level 3. Shredded material with this classification level cannot be made readily by conventional means.

Courier services

Your requested documents will come to you, so you don´t need to go anywhere. For courier services we use exclusively our own on-line monitored vehicles and workers.

Searching and placing of documents

As requested by client. Thank to detail document processing we ensure effective physical searching and placing of documents on request of the client. Standard level provides service within 24 hours, higher level (urgent) within 4 hours.

Document digitization

Digitization is performed by trained workers in specialized workplace. Our workers are skilled and they carry out digitization for many years. This process includes also scanning, creating OCR and ICR format, indexation, data extraction, checking, etc.

Long-term document storage

We provide professional document storage in secured premises. Our rack system enables effective storage in separate files or in archiving boxes.

Processing of documents

In this process we take over, sort, systematically process and store client documents for a specific storage period splitting them into departments or sub departments, by year, subject group and register in archiving software.

Yes, Act no. 395/2002 Coll. on archives and registers and on the amendment of some laws as amended regulates in Paragraph 31 Administrative misdemeanors in the area of registry administration. Originator providing documents non-compliant with this law can be punished by sanctions ranging from 1659.00 EUR to 33 193.00 EUR.

Yes, this obligation follows mainly Act no. 395/2002 Coll. on archives and registers and on the amendment of some laws as amended. Other laws regulating this issue are, for example, Act no. 431/2002 Coll. on accounting, Act no. 222/2004 Coll. on VAT, etc.

We cooperate with company F.M. Servis for many years. As registry of our company is so large, I personally appreciate that storing, providing security and continuous disposing of our documents are out of our scope and we can fully rely on our long-year partner – F.M. Servis.
