In this process we take over, sort, systematically process and store client documents for a specific storage period splitting them into departments or sub departments, by year, subject group and register in archiving software.
The basic mission and at the same time the role of archives and registration centers is to enable each client to access the information contained in the documents. In order for the registry administrator to fulfill his mission, he must ensure the professional processing and subsequent disclosure of the documents in his administration.
It is therefore a process during which groups of documents are transformed into an information system. Its goal is to take over, sort, process and store client documents with different deadlines for storage in departments / subdivisions, volumes, subject groups and its registration in the archiving software.
The standard part of the processing of records by our company is the elaboration of acceptance protocols - a list of stored registers. In the protocol, each file, volume, stacker, package, etc. is registered, marked with a serial number together with the assigned unique identifier, while several other information is also registered, e.g. factual description, shredding mark, year of creation of the record, year of planned shredding, transferring person, department and date of transfer, department, etc. The degree of detailed content writing is determined by the client.
